Errr, if I were running Windows, I probably would have "look to the
attachment" if I wanted to or not, as it's a Windows executable, and
more than likely Outlook would have run it, and its associated
virus/trojan, automatically for me.

Luckily, I don't run Windows. Although I am curious which particular
trojan that attachment actually is.
