One thing you can try is to boot into one of the OS's that is allowing the
eepro to run.. Check the io memory address for the card, and try this.
insmod eepro.o io=0x280 (or whatever you find it to be)
There is also an irq option as well (irq=)
The big fix could be as easy as:
insmod eepro.o autodetect=1
Don't ask me why that works, but the autodetect option seems to get alot
of eepro's working that normally don't. They are a very standard nic card
and have great linux support.
