Just a quick note. Road Runner will never take claim if there is any
problems on there end.
I have been using them for 2 years. They do not take responsibility for
anything.
They restrict FTP's they have the worse spam problem since AOL has bought
Time Warner. The bandwidth is getting worse. They do not care about security
for the
user that is up to you. They block ports. They censor any post to their
newsgroup with problems.
Also in the case of the repeating E-mail they will say it is a spam problem.
This is the
first sign of them wanting to deny any problems. Second they only read que
cards and
are logged into a central system that they look up problems and it tells
most of them what to
say or do.
Then in closing they always will say after they can not do anything is.
