In a word, yes. That is the nature of market forces and the free enterpise
system. Although they did not lie, their is a lie of omission. Another
example of this would be SAP's deployment of MS. MS stated that after
seeing MS' scalability in the Enterpise SAP saw the benefit of porting to
SQL. MS was quick to capitalize on this coup. What MS neglected to mention
was that MS footed the entire bill - Why wouldn't SAP port to another
platform if it actually makes them money and costs them nothing?
