Reading through this, it seems to me the gov't has a rock solid case
unless one of the courts on the subsequent chain of appeals deems those
critical portions of the DMCA to be unconstitutional. It just doesn't
provide exceptions for software that provides consumer benefits, for
research purposes, or for social exceptions apart from availability to
libraries. Won't get into freedom of speech or fair use.
