And I think most users are screwed if they don't buy everything they
need, and get it pre-installed, when they get the system. Most home
users have trouble installing new hardware, have various driver
issues, etc... This gets only worse if they run an NT-based Windows
version.
If newbies get their software pre-installed, and all their hardware
Linux-compatible, there are few issues.
