cdrecord:

A couple of things- #1 make sure you have the ide-scsi module
loaded (lsmod). #2 make sure your CD-R(W) device is recognised
and really lives at 0,4,0 - (cdrecord --scanbus)
If your scanbus reports a different address, you'll need to use
that value on the dev= parm.
