[SLUG] module problem with pcmcia nic card

I was hoping someone could help me get my new NIC card working in my
laptop. It's a dlink DFE-670TXD and is supposed to use the tulip_cb.o
module.

I edited my /etc/modules.conf file with the following "alias eth0
tulip_cb.o"
then I try "insmod /lib/modules/KERNEL NAME/pcmcia/tulip_cb.o" and get
this msg:unresolved symbol register_driver_Ra8664c22
and another almost identical.

What am I doing wrong?
