You obviously haven't used DOS/Win9x FDISK on large disks or those
with numerous partitions. ;-PPP
Better method: Boot RedHat installer/rescue, fdisk.
Even better: Load XOSL as your boot loader -- Ranish Partition
Manager is included and can be run from MBR/boot loader OS

Then zero the individual partitions before you delete them.
