Likely. The supply/demand equation for used laptops is kind of screwy,
and has been since I was writing "Cheap Computing" for Andover News and
even back when I was writing "This Old PC" for Time Digital back in
1996/1997.

The idea of a decent sub-$200 laptop from a dealer is a crack dream.
