Thanks ... guess I didn't dig deeply enough. My scanner, an Optic Pro 
9630, isn't mentioned on the site at all so I downloaded the software 
to give it a try. If it works (well) I'll also upload some money. If 
it looks pretty but can't handle my scanner, I'll keep the supported 
list in mind when I upgrade next.
