[SLUG] Chap-Secrets Reject

After I found that the firewall was working so well we couldn't tell if it
worked,
then I have been able to use kppp to dial into an isp and it all works
fine....
EXCEPT when following Chapters 15 to 18 to automate the connection.

Here is the chap-secrets file (with the names changed)

So, here is the pppd.log when this is used.
Notice the line (8) with: sent [LCP ConfRej ... the local system is
rejecting?
