2) real snapshot with real camera
3) GIMP
All that is left now might be to tape a piece of paper over the
monitor and rub it with the side of a pencil or a piece of artists
charcoal. This technique dates back to old CP/R(*) days. It's called
screen rubbing and works when all other methods fail. :-)
