Clear symptom of a DNS lookup -- wrappers is trying to do a
reverse verify, and not finding the answer it wants locally --
and so triggering a DNS lookup
/etc/resolv.conf
and
/etc/nsswitch.conf
come into play -- tcpdmp would show the content of the query
in question. Diald relied upon this behaviour to start
sessions.
