They were called dummy keyboards and they were really expensive at the time.
Try the earlier suggestion of gutting an old keyboard for the cable and
circuitry.
throw it in a cheapo R.S. plastic case and be done with it.

This was one of the reasons I just made my own. A couple of years ago, I
found some (using "keyboard dongle" on google IIRC) but they were far more
money than I was willing to part with. Most BIOS' now have a keyboard
option, so I suspect these will be harder and harder to find. And more
$$$ -
supply and demand.
As for kludgy- I simply stick the KB circuit board into an unused ISA slot
(make sure the electrical tape covers the board completely!) and poke the
cable thru the card slot. If you really want fancy, I suppose you could
drill a hole thru the slot blank. ;)
