What kind of ISA ethernet is it? Can you post anything that might look
like a model number that might be silkscreened onto the board or
anything on the chip so it could be identified? If it's standard NE2000
clone, you'll need to configure your modutils so that the module knows
where to find it. If this is a debian box of yours, make a file called
"/etc/modutils/ne" and put this in it:
options ne io=0x300 irq=5
(of course, use the appropriate I/O and IRQ values to whatever you have
the card configured. You *do* know what those settings are, right? :)
then run "update-modules" and try to re-probe the "ne" module.
