Okay ... Apache and proftpd are running somewhat.
I don't want to keep putting files there via brute force root copy.
In a general sense, what do I need to do to permit a non-priveleged user to
write to them? What config file changes?
I would prefer to keep using my normal unpriveleged user for the sake of
convenience, but could add a new user if that is wise. I added the Apache and
FTP groups to my normal user but that wasn't enough to impress either Apache
or FTP.
