well -- sort of -- there are BSD style initscripts on
Slackware; and the /usr/ucb/ utilities are preferred over
SysV style -- but this error implies it found the /usr/scb
path before the FSF/GNU utilities.
Quick demo: try: ps -ae and then ps ae -- The difference
is ucb vs SysV style.
