"index table" makes sense, but not what I remember. Paul called them
"many-to-many" tables in his message, which, although more descriptive
than "join tables" also still isn't what the instructor called them.
I guess it doesn't really matter; I have the feeling this is one of
those "this is what _I_ call them" kinds of things. :)
