seems that way according to this article on msnbc --- I

Its not a bad read and not really "bashing" but does go on
to state that XP is even worse that win98 etc all in all it
says that both windows and the software developers are
getting worse instaed of better and that one blames the
other. Like we havent known that all along--- long live
the penguin !!
