Actually, I feel like an idiot.
ntldr and boot.ini was in /windows/C mount from /dev/hda1 and lilo was
trying to boot it from /dev/hda2 which doesn't work.. I don't know how I
missed that.. Must have been a ID10T error.
What I'm confused about now is why SuSE didn't pickup on the fact that
/dev/hda2 was not bootable.. I'd hate to have that happen to a less
technical adapt person and wonder why linux blew up their windows drive..
