Is it new or used? There was a slew of servers with bad integrated
NIC's a while back. If you put card under any kind of load, you'ld
eventually get an NMI and the system would crash. I'm pretty sure
you'ld be ok with a new server but i'm a little suspect with servers
from the last year or so.
