Yes, I am using BofA's bill paying system and it works
great, have had a couple of snafus but they have fixed
them and where there were charges reversed or covered
them by THEIR OFFERING, I did NOT have to ask them how
they were going to take care of it, last instance they
credited my account with the charges BEFORE the charges
hit. They seem to really want that system to run right.
They even wrote letters to the parties so that everyone
involved understood it was a bank caused problem and not
mine.

By way initially I had some problems with non-IE browers
but now all of them appear to work just fine with the
on line banking pages.
