Yes, this can be done. Right click on the Pannel task bar, then go to
"Pannel"->"Add to Pannel"->"Drawer." The drawer feature will alow you to
create your own pop-up/drop-down Pannel (like the "program" menu). From
there, you can add whatever you want to (such as menus, launchers,
whatever, just by right clicking on the new Pannel, going to
"Pannel"->"Add to Pannel->"whatever." Play arround with it a bit, I
think you'll have a bit of fun. Remember that you can also always
Move/drag-n-copy items from one menu to another.
