Here's a guess, until someone more knowledgeable answers: No.

MSDAC sounds like either a DLL or ActiveX deal, in which case you're out
of luck under Linux. "Site settings"? Sounds like something you would
use CSS for. But I could be totally wrong.

You just gotta love companies that won't follow standards, or persist in
making up their own. Or corrupt others' standards.
