Hi All and thanks to all who offered suggestions.

Sorry to say I had completely forgotten about fstab when I wrote the posting.
I had installed, modified, changed to such an extent installing another system
that I had completely forgotten to change fstab when I updated that system.

That being said I did encounter one strange point which I am currious to know
why about.

If as root I mkdir /home/trunk/Win_98 and then attempt to mount Win_98 to
/home/trunk/Win_98 I get an error message saying no mount point defined but
if I mkdir /mnt/Win_98 and then attempt to mount Win_98 to /mnt/Win_98 it
mounts. Does anyone have any idea why?

Thanks
Frank
