Does anyone have a working XF86Config-4 file for an IBM Thinkpad 760xl?
Does this machine take a special trident_drv.so. I found on comment on
the web about the trident using some default LCD settting on the chip
and ignoring the mode lines. Which makes a lot of sense to me. For
awhile I thought X was just ignoring me, as it didn't seem to matter
what I did with the mode lines the monitor always acted the same way,
which was unusable. Maybe if I could find some info on how/what mode
lines I could come up with a working on. Rather than just shotgunning
the numbers into mode lines.
