Jup. Though I don't agree with the settlement and will not agree to not
pursue any further legal actions against MS hereafter (on this issue).
Unfortunately Florida settled and as you can see it did little good to curb
the dog. Though MS claim they are fully compliant, of course.
Funny part is IBM used to be the bad company where techs were 2nd rate
people after the marketing people. MS got into a fight with IBM and now
with IBM playing nicely, MS is the new Bully.
