Using tampabay road runner, and tuning my Slackware for a high speed
connection I usually measure between 2.7 and 2.9 meg a bits per second.
(once I recorded 3.9)
This is very close to twice a T-1 line (at 1.54 mb/s) !
What is being seen with DSL and who is the hardware provider?
