Is this Pysol packaged in an rpm, apt, compiled from source?
Your /usr/bin/python is probably a symlink to (or a copy of) your
python 2.2 binary. Best bet is try updating the PATH Pysol install is
using so it finds python 2.3 before 2.2, or if you don't mind a more
global system change, have your /usr/bin/python point to your python
2.3 binary (but that could have other consequences).
