Linux in Plain English[0], by Patrick Volkerding (of Slackware fame)
has a Linux/DOS cross reference along with a "If you want to..."
section.

I really can't recommend it at full price, but it's a good one if you can
find it at a garage sale or on the $2.00 rack...

As many have mentioned, learning how to do the TASKS, rather than
convert a DOS command into a Linux equiv, would be better in the long run.
