I think that is incorrect.
One does not need to support spammer because you want an open connection. It's
the rather the poorly designed system that allows spammers. Wrong target.
Closing down ports on spamming machines is a different story. This is a huge
problem which is costing us all. The ISP needs to figure out a way to service
those of us that are legit and clamp down on those who abuse it.
We do have a legit "demand" for service. I can say that unless you service me
I will take my dollars elsewhere.
Larry does have a claim, as we all do. After all we pay for it.
