As long as we are in posting mode, I recall
overhearing some chat about the Linksys WRT54G
while standing in the hallway at the last Tampa mtg.
I do not have that device, but there recently was some
talk on bugtraq about the default device having a
vulnerability allowing access to the web config interface from
the outside net, and a backdoor admin login with a default
undocumented password.
I am forwarding the latest posting I saw on it. 9 June 2004.
I believe the links point to current firmware upgrades. This
can be a starting point for you, if you have this device.
Repeat - I do not have this device and can't offer more help.
Just delete this msg if you don't have this device, but it sounded
like some of you do.
