My limited understanding of the firmware_class module is that it loads a
firmware file into the wireless nic from /usr/lib/hotplug. I'm not sure if
your card needs this, but IIRC, I had a similar problem until I placed the
correctly named file in that directory.
As far as I can google, the AdmTek 8211 chip in your card does not require
any firmware files.
