You know, a decent threaded email client won't use the Subject:.

It should thread on Message-ID: and then replies have the References:
header in them. Check out the headers on the last email I sent to the
list and all the replies after.

I believe 'set strict_threads=yes' is what is required in one of the
popular threaded email clients to enable this feature.
