I had to trash the printer. just for the hassle of it. .
it looked like it was going to be 310 to fix. I know it was when
brand new a 2000 dollar printer.
But still not worth it. it prints at the new printer prints at that I
paid 89 dollars for at sams. So i decided not to kept it around
though the carts were huge and cheap and lasted forever.
