Yup ... it's there ... i've also added to i, so now it looks like this:
alias char-major-195* nvidia
alias char-major-195 nvidia
But that did not fix the problem ...
the echo "/sbin/modprobe nvidia" >>/etc/rc.local
fixed it :-P
