The issue tTO ME is that I am more farmarliar with Mandrake than I am with
SuSE which from my first experience with in the 5.3 days I have had bad luck
with so I just do not like it in principal but SuSE is more advanced than
Mandriva in it distribution judging from my download of the latest Mandriva.
My intended usage of the computer is to be a MySQL server and possible in the
future a ftp server or I will network the system but the later are not
important. MySQL is very important; which I can get by my current set up of
Mandrake 9.2.
The only issue for me with this is to make MySQL available through Open Office
Basic [their data base].
