Whenever I set up arts to use esd for it's output, almost always, when I
log into the machine kde will complain that it can't talk to the sound
server "Error while initializing the sound driver: Couldn't connect to
server. The sound server will continue, using the null output device".
However when I go into control center (kcontrol), disable and renable the
kde sound server, everything works fine (the test sound thing plays).
Anyone know how I can get arts to work with esd when I log into kde?
