Yes. Get it here: http://www.debian.org/ports/amd64/

Actually, that is not a bad idea. Unless you are doing something that
actually makes use of the features of the AMD64 platform, you'll be
better off (for now) using it as a fast 32-bit platform.

The next release of Debian (Etch) will have native AMD64 support.
