Oh. Then since only one user/group applies to the whole thing, set the
"uid=xxx" and "gid=xxx" options to the user and group you want, and set
umask=007 to deny others any access. Easiest way to allow multiple users
full access (but not anyone else) is to put them in a group and put that
group in the "gid=xxx" option.

mtab or fstab? mtab is dynamic, fstab is static. Usually.
