Software Freedom Day went very well yesterday. A dozen or so members of SLUG
helped out throughout the day and managed to distribute over 700 CDs. The
exhibit at MOSI had over 10 demonstration computers set up and they were in
use by a wide demographic for most of the time. The exhibit at Mirta's saw
less traffic but those who stopped by were very interested in Linux. There
were some minor issues finding out where to set up at MOSI but all in all it
was a great success. Pictures from both events are in the gallery on the SFD
wiki:

If you happened to take pictures, please upload them to the SFD gallery or
send them to me and I will do it on your behalf.
I look forward to SLUG's next public event and hope that we do not wait
until next SFD to plan one.
