If they are in violation then they have real issues. What are they doing
with MS code in the first place... Assuming they are in violation of ip
rights.

SCO had no real case. Everything writen about sco ip rights involved like
3 lines of code. And code at was in 2.2 kernel and was removed ages ago.

Sco did run out of money. But no ammount of money was going to make sco
when that case.

This won't be like any other IP infringement case you've ever seen.

The microsoft agents i talked to in the last couple of days seem excited
about it and already going to training for SLED. So my question would be to
you is if MS wants to destroy linux why spend money on training there
employees on linux.

As a person with direct friends who work at MS the mood in the office is
not kill linux. They
happy that they are getting linux desktops and they stop lying about not
knowing what firefox is or what linux is. They always knew and some even
used them in the office but this whole ms trying to kill linux crap goes
back to the " we hate microsoft troll flame mentality"
