Instead of "if a room isn't available," why not just set it up for
Panera instead of leaving people guessing (especially those who will
end up late because they've been waiting to find out where the meeting
will be ultimately held and need time to get from Orlando or Lakeland
to the meeting, only to find out that they have to go somewhere else
and end up even more late than they intended)?
