yes, in many ways china is slow to change. but i have
read for months and months that the chinese government
wants to change their computer to linux. and if many
of the chinese people do the same there wont be that
need to pirate software. i also read a few months ago
that microsoft went after a man in china for pirating
their software. it practically created a revolt in china.
i believe the chinese will do like the rest of us. they will
either bow to microsoft or join in with the linux revolution.
