I'll second that. I left port 80 open for 29 hours. I got 1,499 hits,
1,480 of them were nimda, all but two of the others were misc.
Winders virii. Two, however, came knocking on the door wanting Gnome
to come out and play.
Fortunately for me, Gnome wasn't installed on that box. I haven't
seen anything about a Gnome attack ... but there it was.
