They probably do ... but I live in Detroit. Comcast@home provides the 
ONLY broadband service to my neighborhood. Ameritech COULD bring DSL 
but have dragged their feet for at least 3 years now. They did offer 
me idsl for $129 / month. No server, of course. But who would want to 
run a server on idsl if there was an alternative?
In a way, I wish I had your deal. Comcast doesn't offer commercial 
cable modem service. Their comcast@work arrangement is for a T1 or 
better line and starts at too much money and goes way up. I would 
willingly pay $80 a month for my current connectivity AND the right 
to run a simple http server. It just isn't available.
