Some firewall configurations will block a DNS reverse lookup, expecially
if the connecting client is behind a fire wall. In some of the deamons,
there is an option to turn off reverse DNS. This fixed my problem will
some users getting a 30 sec delay on ftp login. I suppose this is less
secure, but seems to do the trick.
