thttpd and Apache have both been running fine on the Linux-on-iPAQ
project: http://www.handhelds.org/
You can even plug one of the supported wireless cards into the iPAQ with
a PCMCIA sleeve, have Linux use it as eth0, and run your webserver from
it and end up with a roaming, handheld webserver.
Presumably getting either thttpd or Apache running on the Sharp Zaurus
wouldn't be that big a deal either as it's effectively the same
environment.
