But more in line with this list, there's an article called "UNIX on the
IBM". It talks about running Unix on a 4.77 MHz 256KB PC.

Byte: "Currently, four Bell-licensed UNIX systems are available for the PC:
PC/IX (implemented by Interactive Systems and sold by IBM), XENIX
(implemented by Microsoft and sold by Santa Cruz Operation)..."
---[END QUOTE . ]---

There was also a UNIX-like OS for the Tandy/Radio Shack Color Computer Series
home computers called OS-9 (not to be confused with IBM's OS/2) that ran on the
CoCo's Motorola processors (OS-9 Level 1 was for the 64KB CoCo 2 running a
Motorola 6809E microprocessor at 0.894 MHz; OS-9 Level 2 was for the 128KB -
512KB CoCo3 running a similar processor but with a new graphics chip, more
memory, and more speed). The OS was so memory and processor efficient that a
copy recompiled for an Intel x86 would simply blow away all comers.

OS-9 BTW, is still being produced by Microware
(http://www.radisys.com/oem_products/os_software.cfm).
